Agave Diner takeover at Old Bishop Farm! — please arrive by 6:45 PM — for an intimate, farm-to-table evening: hors d’oeuvres and a guided stroll through our blueberry rows, then an elegant three-course dinner showcasing our own organic, River Ridge Farm produce.

• A Bite in the Blueberry Patch: oyster with blueberry mignonette; blueberry bruschetta with goat cheese

• Tomato & Herbs Salad: heirloom tomatoes, fresh herbs, cucumber, heirloom white beans, lemon-olive oil vinaigrette

• NY Strip with Garlic-Scape Chimichurri: served with roasted farm vegetables

• Orange & Olive Oil Cake: served with blueberry sauce and Old Bishop Farm lavender ice cream
